Our expertise is assisting our clients with the development and deployment of effective EHS management, compliance and risk reduction programs.
In addition to understanding HSE compliance requirements and management systems, we are experts in integrating “risk management” tools and perspectives into HSE activities and functions. Unlike most engineering consultants, ELM has substantial experience developing and implementing tools/strategies that directly connect EHS management to risk reduction – in terms relevant to the client’s own internally-established and credible risk valuations and benchmarks. One example of our risk management tools can be viewed here.
